Constructed in 2019, this cottage has all the conveniences you need for enjoying a weekend of Razorback sports or a visit to explore Fayetteville and the Ozarks. Furnished with the comfort of our guests in mind, no detail was overlooked. The home is located minutes from the University of Arkansas campus, the Dickson Street entertainment district and the beautiful Fayetteville square. We are a close 20-25 minute drive to the Rogers and Bentonville area as the property is one minute from the I-49 interstate. Please review the entire listing carefully. As your hosts, we are as transparent as possible. We want to make sure that we answer all questions that you may have. We typically respond within 1 to 2 hours. Please - No smoking ever inside or on the property. We would ask that if you have to smoke, that you choose to stay somewhere else. This is a smoke free property. It would not be acceptable to smoke outside and then enter the property. We do not want the smell of smoke anywhere on the property . Large gatherings of any kind are prohibited though it would certainly be acceptable to have local friends/family come and visit you. Even if they stayed for several hours this is not a problem. However, to plan on inviting out of town guests to meet for a planned gathering is not acceptable. For example, hosting others for ceremonies or social events is not acceptable.
